Pittsfield's Only Recorded Sale Price This Period Lands At $600,000

Ten property deeds were recorded in Pittsfield between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds, but only one has a posted sale price so far. That sale, at 122 Thomas Island Road, closed for $600,000, with Merrimack County Savings Bank as buyer. The remaining nine recorded transfers, including properties on West Housatonic Street, Francis Avenue, Vin Hebert Boulevard, Dexter Street, Garden Street and Morningview Drive, have not yet posted prices in registry data. Sale prices for those transfers may appear as registry records update. Financial institutions, a credit union and the city of Pittsfield appear as buyers on several of the recorded documents this period.
