Those four ranged from $25,000 to $340,000, with a median of $192,110. The top sale was 35 Williams St. at $340,000, sold by David R. Cianflone to Brad M. and Jennifer E. Doerle. Seven of the 11 recordings were mortgages, an assignment, or trust and estate transfers rather than standard sales, including repeated activity tied to 32 Aspen Way and 535 Tyler St. With most prices not yet recorded, the data does not support a clear read on overall market conditions.
