Pittsfield Records 11 Property Transfers in Late Summer, but Most Sale Prices Stay Private

The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Pittsfield property transactions between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four disclosed a sale price. Those four ranged from $25,000 to $340,000, with a median of $192,110. The top sale was 35 Williams St. at $340,000, sold by David R. Cianflone to Brad M. and Jennifer E. Doerle. Seven of the 11 recordings were mortgages, an assignment, or trust and estate transfers rather than standard sales, including repeated activity tied to 32 Aspen Way and 535 Tyler St. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on overall market conditions.
