Pittsfield sees 13 deed transfers in July, most sale prices undisclosed

Pittsfield recorded 13 property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $40,000 to $238,653 with a median of $90,000 among those priced. The month's top recorded transaction was 46 Longfellow Ave at $238,653, involving the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.
