Pittsfield recorded 11 property deed transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $23,000 to $480,000, with a median of $97,500. Cleveland Street saw two separate deed filings at the same address on the same day. With prices disclosed for barely a third of transfers, the data offers a limited read on overall market conditions this period.
