Pittsfield Community Preservation Committee approves prior minutes and schedules spring project presentations. Chair Danielle Steinmann welcomed new member David Pill as the committee approved December 2025 minutes with one abstention. Kevin Rayner, City of Pittsfield, reported seven applications
