Trust approves prior minutes, hears update on Hearthway housing projects.

Pittsfield Affordable Housing Trust approves prior meeting minutes, receives project updates from Hearthway. Matt Kropke, Director of Real Estate Operations, briefed trustees on 18 George Street, where exterior work and lead abatement are underway, and 55 Linden Street Apartments, a 47-unit development with partner Causeway Development awaiting tax credit funding decision expected this month. Kropke also reported the Zion Church project received verbal Certificate of Occupancy approval and the West Housatonic project is one month from completion.

Vice Chair Justine Dodds signaled Community Preservation Act funding requests forthcoming in spring.
