Pittsfield Records Ten Deeds in July, but Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Ten property deeds were recorded in Pittsfield this period, all dated July 24, 2026, but only three disclosed a sale price: $52,000 at 62 Northumberland Road, $45,000 at 219 Brown Street, and $11,250 at 32 West Union Street, Unit A, for a median of $45,000 among disclosed sales. The other seven transfers, including properties on Brenton Terrace, Swamp Road, Marshall Avenue, Parker Street, Broadview Terrace and Kenilworth Street, listed no price. Six of the 10 deeds involved a mortgage-registration entity, credit union or bank as buyer or seller. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on market tone this period.
