Pittsfield deed records show 12 transfers in September, but prices remain scarce

The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Pittsfield from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, but only one, the sale of 66 Bull Hill Road for $14,202, carried a sale price in available data.

The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Pittsfield from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, but only one, the sale of 66 Bull Hill Road for $14,202, carried a sale price in available data. The remaining 11 transfers, including three separate mortgage-related filings tied to 49 Crane Avenue and a municipal acquisition of 56 Saratoga Drive by the city of Pittsfield, currently show no recorded price. Because pricing data is missing for most of the month's transfers, a full range or median cannot be calculated, and overall market tone cannot be assessed from price alone this period. Updated figures are expected as registry data catches up.
