Pittsfield's registry of deeds recorded 12 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Only two carried a sale price so far: 138 Plunkett St. sold for $100,000 and 17 Kathy Way sold for $50,000, putting the two-sale median at $75,000. The other 10 transfers, including deeds, mortgage filings, an assignment and a special permit record, had not yet had prices entered in the registry's system; prices typically post within about a week of recording. Notable filings included a trust-involved condominium transfer at South Pond Farm and a same-surname transfer on Briggs Avenue.
