PEDA board approves Q3 financials and advances Sites 7 & 8 readiness study.

PITTSFIELD — PEDA board advances multimillion-dollar site readiness and construction initiatives. Chair Jonathan Denmark oversaw unanimous approval of third-quarter 2025 financials, which reflected a significant asset increase from Site 9 project completion, and greenlit a $500,000 Site Readiness Grant for Sites 7 and 8, with work targeted to begin in mid-March or April 1. MassDOT's Kevin Moriarty outlined an East Street construction project spanning 0.8 miles from Lyman through August 2028, including drainage replacement and road widening.

Interim Executive Director Michael Coakley reported Site 9 environmental remediation efforts are in legal review and that MassDOT is launching on-site commercial drivers license testing by month's end.
