Pittsfield Conservation Commission approves orders and certificates on 17 applications, continuing four to May. Chair James Conant and Vice Chair Thomas Sakshaug led unanimous approval of Orders of Conditions for a cabin renovation at 178 Blythewood Drive and a culvert replacement project at Pittsfield State Forest with mandatory monthly debris inspections. The commission issued five Certificates of Compliance for completed work at sites including Taconic High School, Berkshire Community College, and three residential properties, and approved Negative Determinations for sign replacement and tree maintenance work.
A site visit was scheduled for April 18 at 11 a.m. for a proposed single-family home on Cascade Street.
