Community Development Board approves pond dredge, Westside zoning code advances.
Community Development Board · Meeting of February 17, 2026
Pittsfield's Community Development Board approved a pond dredging project and advanced two major zoning amendments. Kevin Rayner, City of Pittsfield, outlined the Westside Form Based Code targeting an April City Council petition and presented draft Battery Energy Storage System regulations allowing small systems by-right and Medium and Large systems under site plan review or special permits in R20 and R43 zones to comply with state law while protecting residential areas.
