Pittsfield Board of Health unanimously upheld the revocation of Berkshire Pipe & Tobacco's tobacco permit. In a separate action, the Board declined to recommend a camping ordinance to City Council, instead endorsing a community-based approach including a HIPAA-compliant data system, two new community health worker positions, and UMass evaluation resources.
